According to the diagram and parts list, both Broil and Bake igniters in this oven are identical and should look as shown on the previous picture. If the Bake igniter in your oven has a short ceramic, that means it had been already replaced by someone else. Electrically igniters with long and short ceramics are the same and are interchangeable. The only difference is the igniter with short ceramic comes with the mounting bracket what makes the installation easier. - The flat igniter with the short ceramic Part number: AP2634719

Most likely the problem is a weak igniter. New igniter comes without mounting bracket. You have to use the bracket from the old igniter. Be very careful not to break the coil. - The igniter Part number: AP2934763
