Here are your parts includes a wiring diagram
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE CFC09M7HW0 | AppliancePartsPros.com

First you have to find out is the compressor running.
It should be warm and you should feel it vibrating.

If yes, then you may have a freon leak or the compressor is toast.
Either one is a death knell for the unit as both are expensive to get repaired.

If no then it could be the thermostat, the compressor start relay or the compressor overload.

Also may be you are stuck in a defrost cycle. I hunted through the parts but could not find it perhaps you will have more luck.

Here are a couple good sites on fridge repair much of it also applies to a freezer

Woke to find chest feezer not working  . Its a Frigidaire chest frrezer (@ 12 cubic feet), model CFC09M7HW0. The lights work but nothing else. What/where do I start looking to get to the root of the problem: relay, compressor?

Thanks
