Hi i have a Kenmore washer/dryer combo model number 41794872302

Went to do a laundry load and heard washer making a odd sound and found out that it is having a problem agitating.

I put it to the rinse/spin cycle and that cycle is working. The dogs are doing its job at making it stop spinning in one direction, and freely spins in the other direction.

I removed the agitator assembly and the teeth on the plastic appear to be in good condition. I am not sure what needs to be fixed in order to get my washer up and running again.
