My Kitchen Aid dishwasher does not appear to have sufficient water coming out of the top spray arm to wash the top rack or rinse the soap dispenser.

I have replaced some of the washers for the middle arm and made sure all of the openings in the arms are not clogged. I took a garden hose and ran water thru the flat tube that takes water to the middle and upper arms and got the top arm to spin somewhat.

I replaced the circulation pump.

Still have the issue.

Any ideas / suggestions?

Thanks,
Joe
