I took the control panel out and cleaned it and a a plastic piece (that's attaches ribbon) came off. I couldn't figure out if it was broken or what. There are two little holes in the ribbon that the piece fits in but I can't figure out how it connected to the plug in the board. I just pushed it in really good. Then the ground screwed into the board seemed loose and wouldn't tighten so I'm not sure which it is but the panel worked until I assembled the parts back to the frame and then it just went off. That still didn't address the original problem of it not heating at all. The control just show 100 degrees on bake but doesn't light up. Please help I can't afford to buy a new one or even pay s repair co. Thank you
