Hi. My Roper direct drive washer sounds like its hammering nails in spin cycle. I only heard it in the spin cycle. This is not my video on YouTube but this is exactly what it sounds like:

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
P.S. I should add that it is not because of an imbalanced load and I found no broken springs when I removed the cabinet.
