GE is notorious for having codes that are not listed for the consumers but only for their technicians. I think the PO stands for Power Out and ER is Error. Did the power go out or flicker that you know of. So unplugging and waiting for only a minute may not rest the units control module. I say unplug for a minimum of 5 minutes or more and then see if that helps. If not try calling GE and see if they know why it happened.
