I have a Kenmore dryer (417.83002001) that gets very loud and every 20 seconds or so it does this loud vibration. It was overheating around 6 months to a year ago and I bought the rebuild kit and installed it. It had been working fine until this problem started.

When it is cold it will run normal and quiet for about 5 to 10 minutes and then the loudness slowly starts to build. The drum turns as it should by hand. It has been suggested that the blower fan could be full of lint and cause this, but it is clean.

All I can think is the motor is causing it or the blower or the blower fan is warped and causing it.

Any suggestions?
