Hello I am new here but desperate to figure this out. I have a GE front load washer, model number WSSH300G0WW. The problem is the washer is not "spinning", it'll agitate to wash the clothes but during the spin cycles the tub just sits there. I can hear the pump and have confirmed it is pumping water and the discharge hose is not plugged.

Before I blindly start replacing parts, could anyone venture a guess to what is failing?
