You bake glow bar is most likely bad. Here is the part# needed AP3202322 you can check the amp draw on one of the wires should be between 3.2-3.8 amps. glow bars generally only last about 5-6 years so if it's that age or older it's time for a new one.

Bake setting never warms up.. stays at 100, But the Broil function works fine, and the upper burners work fine...
what should i check next..
