Is it part 22? that's part of the refrigerator. Probably helps with airflow over the condenser.

Hi - my sister-in-law just gave us their 3 yr old Whirlpool french door ice-in-the-door 2-drawer fridge as they got a new one. While moving it in, I vacuumed the bottom as it was on the appliance dolly and noticed a cheap cardboard piece of material covering part of the coils on the bottom. Is this normal to have the coils partly covered and partly not? Just wondering if it was suppose to have been removed when it was delivered 3 yrs ago? There's two round plastic looking knobs in the middle of the cardboard that remind me of how toys are packaged where you twist it and then the piece of packaging comes off. Going to try to post a pic with this so you can see what I'm talking about. They've had various issues with the fridge over the past 3 years and it makes me wonder. Thanks in advance! :)
