yes .. but it has been 3 years and they will not come.. i could take them to small claims court, but.. in the mean while i would like to cook without interruption.

I have a kitchen aid gas 5 burner cook top. It seems to work fine. But when I am cooking for a while..it just shuts off and will not go back on for about 20 min. The company that installed it was supposed to come and fix it but never did.. So I guess it is on my to do list.. cooking for a few min., no problem..cooking a big meal and it shuts down every time..PLEASE HELP..
