My Bosch dishwasher is about 3-4 years old. Looking for guidance on an issue that seems to be resulting in reduced cleaning for items in the upper racks (the top-most being for silverware, and the other rack below that being primarily for glassware).

When closing the glassware rack, it will not seat cleanly to the water source at the back of the dishwasher. I need to apply pressure and wiggle it to get the rack all the way in such that the dishwasher door will close properly.

The piece at the back of the glassware rack is really loose. It's the part that matches up to the water supply in the rear of the unit. I can't find the name of the part (trying unsuccessfully to attach image), but it's a rectangular plastic piece about 6 inches by 2 inches with 5 circular openings. I haven't found extraneous parts in the dishwasher, and the filter is clean. Not sure what to do!
