I have a Whirlpool french door refrigerator model WRX735SDBM00 SN K42102763. The ice maker leaks when filling. It appears the ice maker fill valve is running OK and you can hear it turn on about 7 seconds then shut off but the water immediately runs out into the ice bin, a little is left in the ice maker mold and only a few little ice cubes are being made. How do I diagnose what to replace? It is hard to see what is going on with the icemaker installed of course. This is my daughters refrigerator. I have replaced the fill valve and ice maker mold assembly in my 17 year old Sears whirpool refrig so am somewhat familiar with this repair procedure in general.
