	Two unrelated issues... 1. Your fabric softener not dispensing may be due to the cold water valve not opening. You will notice it has three valves. The one that sends water to the fabric softener might not be working. Here is the part you would then need Samsung DC62-00142G Water Inlet Valve - AppliancePartsPros.com
