I need to replace the water hose that runs from the back of the refrigerator to the dispenser in the door. How do I access the front panel?

The existing plastic hose began leaking in the back and it keeps cracking every time I attach a new connector, so I assume the line has aged to the point I should just replace the whole thing. Unlike the videos I have found for other refrigerators, there does not appear to be an escutcheon around the dispenser/control panel.

Can you help me?
