This is from the owner's manual.

"Turn the refrigerator control to the OFF position and unplug
the refrigerator. Gently remove the bulb and reinsert. Then
plug in refrigerator and reset the refrigerator control."

You should always unplug the refrig. before changing or even tightening the light bulbs. Microprocessor controlled lights are very touchy. Sensitive to shock and current draw.

Have you tried unplugging the refrig. and checking the bulbs? Maybe it has to be reset.

First would like to say to everyone! Just did some cleaning on my kenmore french door refrigerator (795.78302.802) and now the lights are not working. Temp display LED is working but not the interior lights. The freezer light is working. Bulbs are good. Door switches seem to be working as they will turn off the Temp display when depressed. I looked at the owners manual and it says the lights will shut off after seven minutes of the doors being open to prevent overheating. Any help in troubleshooting would be appreciated.
