mine starting clicking every few seconds, its coming from the upper icemaker and when I removed the Ice bucket , I can see the ice build up on the inside and there is a fan there is making the noise trying to move.

It is on the outside of the unit.

Our water was not dispensing and I pulled out the fridge to look behind and check the water tubing and there was ice build up on the back, which would be the same position as the icemaker. I broke up the ice and the water worked, but it continues to build up. The ice maker seems that it is working very slow and takes hours to make ice. There is no build up inside the unit at all.
