Side by side refrigerator. Refrig door has been hard to open this summer.

We emptied both sides and defrosted manually for four hours. Plugged it back in. The freezer goes down to 5 degrees so assume that is okay. I cannot get the refrigerator side to go below 52 degrees. Normal setting is a 4 for each side. I turned refrig side down to 3 but no help.

There is a hole in the wall between the freezer and refrig about 2x6. It has styrofoam insulation visible. Also was full of ice which I melted with hair dryer.

Appreciate any clues and maybe a good repair company (chain) or in Atlanta area.

Thank you.
