Hello, Just purchased new Detergent Dis

penser your part # WPW10199696 and watched Matts video and installed same. One question when I installed new dispenser I forgot to put back the black plastic sheild, I dont want to go back in since I stripped a couple of the door screws, is this sheild necessary and what does it do. Thank You
