Hello,

My Jenn-Air microwave is having trouble but I think it might be a simple fix. I recorded the two videos below and appreciate any insight. I've never done this kind of repair but would like to try and tackle this myself if possible.

Thanks in advance for any help. I'm also aware of the danger of stored electricity in the capacitor and was careful when I had the top off. If I end up replacing these switches, how long should I let the unit sit unplugged so the capacitor can fully discharge?
