The air is not circulating I would look for blockages or fan problems.

So, I've read the sticky notes and googled everywhere else, but I'm curious if this scenerio could create problems: fan works, defrost kicks on and see normal water dripping into pan, no blockage in drain hole, no ice etc on the back wall coil thingy's(bare with me...lol). Freezer is nice and cold, but fridge is not cold like it should be. Very little air is moving through the vent and I can see a sheet of ice in both vents in fridge, but the bottom is completely blocked. I also have a block of ice in the ice dispenser hole. Nowhere else. I just realized that our ice maker was turned to on when we do not have it even hooked up. This might be a dumb question, but is it possible the ice maker was drawing humid air and caused these issues and I just need to defrost my fridge and make sure my ice maker is off? Before going through all the troubleshooting and having to buy a new ohm meter, I just thought I'd ask, but then again, I don't want to defrost my fridge twice. I just thought it was weird to only have ice in those locations and nowhere else.
