Ice maker started slowly not making ice on a regular basis. Then freezer started to warm and fridge started to warm.

Have replaced water inlet valve, fridge defrost thermostat and fridge defrost timer.

Fan works, compressor is hot, and unit is still not cooling. Not energizing either. Suggestions? Run capacitor or relay overload kit?
