Ok, I have a roper washer, Model# rax7244pq0, that won't spin unless the power is interrupted when it starts to drain. I can raise the lid, or turn this power off with the timer switch. Either way starts the spin.
I have replaced the lid switch and the timer, with no resolution.
I don't think it is the clutch, as it quickly comes up to speed when it spins.
Any advice would be appreciated.
