Hoping someone can help me out. I've had my refrigerator about 3 years.

During summer 2015, the fridge portion started warming up and freezer stayed cold. Called a recommended service guy who came out and after a month of back and forth decided the main power board needed replacing.

That was replaced, but issue is still there. Since then I've been manually defrosting the freezer approx every 2-3 weeks.

The service man has been calling trying to diagnose but I've lost all faith at this stage.

He has confirmed the Defrost Thermostat checks out as good (via multimeter test), same for the Defrost heater.

I would really appreciate any advice or help any expert could offer because right now I'm faced with living with the issue or getting a new refrigerator.
