The ice maker in my maytag model MFX2570AEM3 does not have 120V between the VT wire and the white wire. These wires are local on the wiring harness inside the ice make compartment. The VT wire has 120V at the P3 connect on the power board. Is there another component between the power board and the end of this wire harness ?

The electrical schematic does not show any other device.
