thanks denman. Disassembled everything this am, as we are snowed in here in Philly. The pump filter was caked with calcium and had bent in which impacted the spray arm movement. Just ordered a replacement from APP. When I lifted the strainer out, there were two plastic rings. Any special way they need to go back in?

As far as I know the spray arm should turn easily by hand so you will have to take it apart to figure out what is going on.

The lower spray arm will not rotate, even when trying to turn it by hand. The spray arm holes are clean and water comes out freely.
