The part number does look OK.
It looks like the two crisper trays are the same so she could put them side by side to see if they match. Assuming that she has the other tray.

I cannot find any info that it is not the correct part.
Below is the part. Click on the picture for more views of it. Then click on the end view. From that you should be able yo figure out the correct height as each square is 1 inch.

Check that the crisper frame is properly supported. Perhaps something has snapped and one side is sagging.
Check the frame itself.

Only other thing I can think of is that she wants the meat tray (item 133 in section 11) and not the crisper tray.[/quote]

	I bought a new crisper for my sister's fridge. I ordered part Whirlpool OEM Part #67001928 to replace the orginal part number 12227201. The fridge is an Amana bottom fridge BRD18V2W/P1326504W W. She says the crisper is too tall. Could she be putting it in wrong? Or is it the wrong part? Every site I have been to says this is the correct part. Thanks!
