Type in your model.
On the left side you have some common symptoms like "refrigerator freezing food"
Click on that and you will get cpl parts that are usually the cause of your problem.

You can also test thermostats for continuity to make sure they are not faulty. Also chk the damper flap to make sure it's functioning correctly. G luck :)

Kenmore side by side refrigerator is freezing celery and lettuce in crisper drawer. It seems to run constantly at the lowest setting. Changing the temperature setting does not appear to have any effect on the temperature in the refrigerator. Ice cream in the freezer side is frozen solid like a rock. Any suggestions ?
