The hi-limit thermostat is what we replaced. All of the parts new and old checked out with the meter. We replaced them anyway.

Here are your parts

By thermometer, do you mean the hi-limit thermostat (item 15 in section 05)?

Did you check the old and the new parts with a meter ?

We have owned our dishwasher for 2 years. Exactly 3 days after the warranty expired ( ), our dishwasher stopped heating up fully. The dishes would not dry, and it simply did not wash dishes the way that it used to. We have replaced the heating element and the thermometer. What should we try next?
