The water dispenser and ice dispenser seem to always work when the compressor is not running but not when the compressor starts up. Still the circuit board?

Many Many places. Some parts like this can be found on ******** for a good price. Often times distributors also have an ******** store for their parts at a cheaper price.
If it doesn't show up on my post, it's a major auction site that I bid on often.

Thanks. Where is the best place to get the part?

The water and ice dispenser works intermittently. When operational ice and water dispense normally. At other times neither ice dispenser nor water dispenser work when dispenser panel depressed.
The display panel on the freezer door seems to otherwise operate normally (all functions work).
The ice maker works normally.
Water pressure appears to be normal.
I replaced the water solenoid valve at the water intake in the back of the refrigerator compartment and the switch in the freezer door.
The leads at the solenoid valve show no power when switch is depressed.
Any other ideas.
