We just finished replacing the thermostat for the griddle, new venturi tubes for the left burners, new ignition module and ignition devices and jet holder for the left burners.

all were working fine except left front burner before reassembling stove and returning to its home. after all buttoned up, now it is not working..griddle will ignite but the ignition sparker stays on for almost 60 seconds, then once it goes off the gas goes off too. It worked fine before reassembling.

Left back burner will only work on high and now the left front burner will only ignite in the low position but when I try to turn up the temperature it shuts off completely. ARGGHH!

I need suggestions as to why this is happening, what procedures to follow, a service manual for this model and any other help you can offer.

I shipped this stove over from the US to Malaysia where I currently live so getting a technician out to look at it isn't in the cards unless someone wants to come to Malaysia. BIGGEST mistake I ever made. never buy Thermador again.
