Hi.

Based on the information you provided it's most likely the tub bearings. The bearings comes with the outer tub. If you unplug the power cord, disconnect the water inlet hoses and remove the drain hose from the drain you can lay the washer on it's back and check if there are any rusty, greasy runs on the bottom of the tub around the bearing. That is a sure sign of a fading away seal and bearing.

THe washer is very loud when in spin cycle. THe UL code comes on. I tried spinning the drum by hand and it makes noise..... Is it the bearings or should i ckeck something else ? thank you
