Thanks I was an appliance service tech 20 yrs ago retired awhile now . Don't have access to service manuals and trouble shooting guides anymore..

In the case when only a few buttons works at the touchpad and you already cleaned the ribbons the control panel should be replaced.

only a few buttons are working on the keypad how con I check the output of the keys I have tried cleaning the ribbon I get output from one ribbon none from the other?
