Hi - used my broiler tonight (GE JGBS80SEL22, gas, broiler in bottom drawer), shut it off and...well, it didn't. I shut off the gas at the wall and the igniter was still glowing. Pulled power and, obviously, the igniter shut off. After everything cooled down I plugged it back in and the igniter immediately fired back up. Obviously, after it got hot enough, gas started flowing as well.

I have no problem fixing this myself except I can't seem to get a decent idea of what I need to replace. My back panel control board, as far as I can tell, is nothing but a clock interface. All my oven controls are manual.

Really appreciate any help I can get - don't want to just start buying / replacing parts at random. Thanks very much!! ac
