I have a Whirlpool Cabrio less than 4 yrs old. Last night the machine would not finish its cycle of rinsing and draining and spinning. I emptied all the water out of it and tried to run the rinse and spin cycle. When I close the lid it locks the drum turns a half a turn then the lid comes unlocked and this just keeps repeating. I think the lid has to be locked to run the cycles. What can I do?
