Both oven lights in my 2 year old Jenn Air wall oven have stopped working. Model number JJW2427WS00. I'm told by Jenn Air service rep that I need to replace both light assembly kits in order to repair. Each assembly kit is approx $60.

Aside from this being completly ridiculous, has anyone had to do this and is it something that can be done without bringing in a repairman? I would hate to have to add more cost just to replace 2 light bulbs.

Jenn Air service complelety unsympathic to this nor could explain why something would be designed in this manner.
