So, after spin stops, it won't fill for rinse? Rinse cycle is cold water only. The buzzing is probably the cold water valve solenoid. If you set temp to Cold/Cold (non-ATC), do you get cold water during wash fill?

On both cycles (Normal & Permanent Press), the washer doesn't rinse; stops just before it, and makes a buzzing sound (very low volume). I try to restart it just to rinse. No luck. I have to just rewash the load with no detergent to rinse.
