Top load washer leaving cloths wet after spin cycle, second spin cycle drys cloths, I already replaced starter cap, now looking at spin actuator as possible cause since drain line is free from clogs, pulled water pump and inspected also, no cloths between drum and housing either. durning spin cycle doesn't appear to be spinning very fast, now does that mean shift actuator not working or is there a clutch? from mechanical diagram there are cams that shift actuator selects for desired cycle, spin/agitate. could a cam be bad or is it the actuator or both? Or am I missing something.
