Here are your parts
Parts for KitchenAid KEBS277DWH6 Oven - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet

There is also a thermal fuse on the back of the oven (item37 in section 01) of the parts.
It kills power to just the elements.
Remove power from the unit and check it with a meter.

I am assuming that the oven stays in preheat and never shows that it is ready.

I am one of many that has a Kitchen Aid double oven that got locked up while cleaning. At the suggestions here, I installed a new thermal fuse I ordered from you, P/N 4456654.

After installation, everything seemed to work, power, lights ect. However while the lower oven works perfectly, the upper oven powers up, seems to be starting up normally when you start it, but it never heats up.

Any suggestions you can offer are greatly appreciated.

Jim
