Here are your parts includes a wiring diagram
Parts for Maytag PTB1953DRW Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com

Is the condenser/compressor fan running?
Are the condenser coils under the unit clean?
Are the kick plate and rear cover vents clean?
Does the compressor run continuously other than when the unit goes through a defrost cycle?

If the compressor is on all the time and the condenser components are clean remove the cover in the freezer so you can inspect the evaporator/freezer coils.

If there is just frost in one area usually where the freon enters the coils then it is s a sealed system problem.

If they are clogged solid with frost/ice then it is a defrost problem.
