A model number may help others help you.

I cannot say if help will be available as there is not a lot of info on Samsungs out there.

You have a defrost problem.
Running it off of a generator may have messed up the control board.
With luck it will be something else.

Do you have the tech sheet for this unit?
It may be under the unit or taped to the rear cover.

This refrigerator is in our detached garage. We started to have this problem after our power was off due to a tornado in our area. We ran our appliances off a generator until power was restored. In the last 2 months, we have had to take shelfs and drawers out and defrost the coils. I see this is a known problem with samsung. But is there a fix to this problem?
