This model has a separate belt to drive the pump. Check the belt to make sure it is not broken or slipping and check the drain line inside the machine and the pump for blockage.

If the machine is not spinning because the motor is not operating during the spin cycle then it will not drain. You can check this by operating it with the front panel off.
