OK, I have done some more reading and noticed a couple things.

The ice cubes that I am getting seem to be smaller (maybe a little) and somehow don't look as frozen. Sort of like watery.

I read about a sensor that tells the ice maker when to dump the ice. If that sensor was not working properly, would you think it could cause the symptoms described above?

Thank you,
JR

My ice maker problem seems to be different than anything I am finding.

It makes and dumps ice but when I go to get the ice it seems to have melted and frozen again all in one clump at the bottom of the tray. It is around the curly cue thing that moves the ice forward to the dispenser so there is no getting it out other than taking the tray out and letting it all melt. Temps are set at factory defaults and the front panel indicates the the temps are being maintained.

Thank you,
JR
