Hi,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our dishwasher has started a loud gurgling after it drains and at the stage where is should fill with water and start washing, in all wash settings. If filled with water [via veg. sprayer] it will complete rinse/hold. A diagnostics test will not complete, it just gets to the stage and growls. If water is manually added, it washes as normal until it reaches the next part of the cycle, drains and starts growling again. I am afraid it will burn out the pump trying to run it without the water flowing in.

Any ideas?

I have checked:

Water inlet solenoid - Ohms 991

Both float switches were operational and not stuck, switches tested open and closed when appropriate when tested with multimeter.

Water line not clogged

Drain line not clogged and is looped

Base of washer dry - not flooded - wouldn't run when water added in this case anyway.

Put through several vinegar washes

All buttons/lights respond normally - discovered completed cycle chime. :-P

Hopped up and down and pulled hair

Is there a way to test the control panel before trying replacing it or anything else it could be?

Thanks,

Elizabeth
