Amana Bottom Mount. Getting to 24F at lowest temp. Ran full defrost.

After turning unit off then back on:
Compressor sounds like it is running but low. Call it low stage
After approx 5 minutes Compressor kicks into higher stage and fan comes on.
After another approximately 5 minutes Compressor kicks back down to low stage and fan goes off never to go back into higher stage on compressor and fan to kick in.
Any help is appreciated.
