Hey guys,

I have a kitchen aid fridge that is 11 years old. I was just on vacation and when I came back I noticed that the fridge was not cold at all. The lights were on and air was blowing through the vents, but was not cold. I also noticed that the power went out for an unknown amount of time (clocks were all reset in the house). For about a month prior to this incident, I have noticed that the lights would dim in the garage(where fridge is located) every 25 seconds or so. The lights would stay dim for about 1/2 second (more time than usual for when things like the A/C kick on). During this time the fridge would make a humming noise. Does anyone have any idea what the cause could be? I would like to get a better idea of what I will be looking at before I take the fridge apart. Thank you in advance.
