	Here are your parts Parts for TFX27ZR - AppliancePartsPros.com What is the temperature in the freezer? It should be between 0 and 5 degrees F. Is the evaporator/freezer fan running? You mentioned the defrost timer, why? Are the evaporator coils clogged solid with ice/frost so you feel it could be a defrost problem? Is the damper between the freezer and fresh food section open? it is part 428 in section 04.
