Hi-
My GE Profile fridge is making a tick-tick noise from the condenser. I've posted a video on youtube so you can hear the sound and see what happens when I shake the fridge a bit.

I've searched the forum a bit and someone suggested changing the angle of the compressor with shims, but i'm not sure if that's the same problem I have, so I wanted to post my video and see if anyone had any suggestions.
