Here are parts
Parts for Frigidaire CFEF372BC3 Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

They are for a BC3 unit. It was the closest match to the given model number.
Best to call the parts people as they have more info than what comes up on this site.

See the attachment for a wiring diagram.

Sounds like the control board is toast.
I am assuming that the unit never comes ready and stays in preheat and that everything looks normal.
Unfortunately it looks like the control board is no longer available.

I would check the wiring to/from the elements from the control board just to be sure they are OK. Also the L1 and L2 wires that supply power to the control board.

hi there
We turned on the stove to pre heat the oven and a loud pop like something blew up. The stove top elements all work the clock and you can set the oven to pre-heat but nothing happens. Had the elements check and there is power. Had an electrician test them.
Help We have the stove pulled out looking for any sign of anything bad and cannot find a thing.
Thank you Jamie
